Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (creams, liquids, and other hygiene-sensitive cosmetics), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product is shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping, or
  • Incorrect (wrong SKU, quantity, or item)

You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please email us at support@mycosmeticsplace.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect products
  • A photo of the packing slip

If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A store credit for future use

We do not provide monetary refunds.

Limited Return Eligibility

In rare cases where returns are accepted (for non-cosmetic items or unopened sealed cases):

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 7 business days
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

A 20% restocking fee may apply.

No Refunds for Ordering Errors

We do not accept returns or issue credit for:

  • Ordering the wrong item or quantity
  • Change of mind
  • Items that are incompatible with your intended use

Please confirm your order carefully. Our support team is available to answer pre-purchase questions.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once processing has started, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Store Credit or Replacement Only

If a refund is approved under any circumstance, it will be:

  • Issued as store credit on your account, or
  • Replaced with a new shipment of the same item(s)

We do not refund to original payment methods.

Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us will result in:

  • Dispute of the charge with proof of delivery, photos, and email history
  • Potential removal of access to future wholesale pricing or ordering privileges
